This policy explains the cookies and similar technologies used on this website, which is run by Kibworth Osteopaths Ltd. Cookies are small text files stored on your device by the websites you visit.
We only use cookies that are strictly necessary unless you choose to allow more. Analytics cookies and external media (Google Maps, YouTube videos and HubSpot forms) stay switched off until you agree.
The cookies we use
We group cookies into three categories, which match the choices in our cookie banner:
- Necessary: keep the site secure and working, run the shop basket and online booking, and remember your cookie choice. These are always on.
- Analytics: Google Analytics, HubSpot and WooCommerce order attribution show us which pages are visited and how people find us. These are only used if you allow analytics.
- External media: Google Maps, YouTube videos and HubSpot forms, such as our newsletter sign-up. These load from those companies, which see your IP address and may set their own cookies. They only load if you allow external media, or choose to load a single map, video or form.

Our shop basket also uses your browser’s local storage (an item named wc_cart_hash_…) to remember what is in your basket. This is necessary for the shop to work.
Some services load content without setting cookies in our tests, but they still receive your IP address: Google Fonts (for the text on this site), and Cliniko (our online booking system) and Stripe on the Appointments page. Cliniko, Stripe, Google and HubSpot each have their own privacy and cookie information.
Managing your choices
You can accept or reject non-essential cookies when you first visit, and change your choice at any time in Cookie settings. If you withdraw your consent, the page reloads and those cookies are removed where we are able to remove them.
You can also block or delete cookies in your browser settings. Blocking necessary cookies may stop parts of the site, such as the shop basket or online booking, from working.
